Secrets and tips Trip one of Pacland

Hope you find the secrets and tips to Pacland helpful. Remember to read the general guide before this level, It will help you in lots of ways. The main point at the start of the game is to get as many points as possible. Start on Trip one. You can start on other levels, but start at the beginning, unless you need practice on a certain bit. If you do start at other levels, you get a bonus amount of points at the end of the Trip however if you start at Trip one more points are available.

Round one

The first real thing to do on this trip is to get all four cars near you when you get the power pill. Get the bald one last, this gives you the L, remember the light brown one follows you, travel on his roof if need be.

This is where the helmet is, the fire hydrant just after you get the pill. Before you get the helmet, Jump on it to get the cherries. If your quick you can then get the helmet, then the cherries before they go mouldy.


Now you have the helmet, rack up as many points as possible by letting the babies that are dropped from the planes, hit you on the head. You should have plenty of time, if you got the L.

Before getting the next power pill, go back and forward just before it, to make sure some planes are coming. Jump to get the power pill after a plane has dropped a baby. Get the bald ghost at the 3200 level, the last ghost will now be worth 7650.


Round Two
Now you have a choice of warping to level three, if that's what you want. This will give you 70000 points, but more points will be gained if you complete the levels in full. The warp point changes in different games. It is either the second cactus in round two, or one of the first three logs just after this bit. The second screenshot looks a bit odd, as this in the middle of a warp.
Get all pogo sticks in view by running back and forth, so you can get the L.


Round Three

Jump on the springboard and keep tapping right to get over the river. To get the fruit, just stop tapping for a split second.

Once over the river, run past the power pill and double back on yourself, now jump and get the pill. All ghosts should now be past the river and you can get the L. Finish the level and begin the trip home.


Round Four

When heading back, try to jump so that you land on top of the long cacti. This seems to give you more chance of getting the "S", this gives you and extra man.

The balloons are either at this cactus shown, or one of the fire hyrants near the end of the level. Try to get them all before they float away, one is worth 7650.

If you have the time, its worth jumping on the last falling log, this brings the cherries up.

The power pill at the end of the level, gives the opportunity to get a baby from the plane and so a "7". If you get the "L" its worth hanging about to collect babies from planes.


These are not bad scores for the end of round 3 and Trip 1, but more is possible. Have you got better scores? send them to me, ill do a high-score section.
